Job Title: Support Specialist for Children with Special Educational Needs

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic individual to work as a Support Specialist for children with special educational needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and care to pupils in our Primary School in Islington.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing emotional support and guidance to students with special educational needs
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and communicating with parents and carers

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a 2:1 degree related to Psychology from a Top 20 UK University
  • Strong GCSE and A-Level results desirable
  • Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is essential

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
