Job Title: Early Years Apprenticeship Tutor

Location: Gloucester

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Assessor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on the development of early years professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate learners' skills and behaviors, providing detailed feedback through the ePortfolio system.
  • Develop and implement tailored training plans based on learner needs and identified gaps.
  • Conduct workplace observations and maintain thorough candidate records.
  • Deliver training that meets the high standards expected by the awarding bodies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Assessor's qualification.
  • A qualification in Early Years.
  • A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role.
  • Access to a car for travel.
