About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Best Practice Network as an Apprenticeship Tutor and Early Years Education Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, mentoring, and supporting apprentices in the Early Years Education sector from level 2 to level 5 and the Teaching Assistant role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment: Conduct skills reviews with apprentices and employers to identify gaps, develop and implement individualized training plans, and maintain candidate records.
- Training: Create tailored action plans for candidates, deliver workplace training covering Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours, and provide tutorial support on Prevent, British Values, Personal Development, Behaviour, Welfare, Safeguarding, and additional learning needs.
- Coordination and Support: Monitor candidate progress, support portfolio completion and assessments, and provide apprenticeship program information to employers and employees.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a qualification or experience in the subject area, hold up-to-date industry knowledge, and possess strong IT skills. You will also need to be able to develop strong professional relationships with employers and learners, motivate learners, and ensure they complete on time.
