We are seeking an experienced Chief Product Officer to join our team in London, UK.

Estimated Salary: £110,000 annually.

About the Role:

In this strategic position, you will lead a dynamic team of product managers, business analysts, and designers to drive our CRM product strategy, vision, and execution. Your primary objective will be to build a solution that enhances player engagement, optimizes customer interactions, and provides deep analytics and personalization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with customer needs and company goals, ensuring scalability and alignment with technology trends.
  • Build and scale product teams, ensuring the right talent is in place to execute the product vision.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, and ensure successful execution.
  • Guide cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle to ensure products meet high-quality standards and are launched on schedule.
  • Partner with engineering, data science, and AI teams to develop features leveraging cutting-edge technologies like AI personalization, machine learning models for player behavior predictions, and data analytics tools.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in product leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving successful product strategies and execution.
  • Proven track record in product management and strategy within the gambling industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM technologies, customer data platforms (CDPs), and AI/ML integrations.
  • Experience with data analytics, automation technologies, and AI/ML as applied to player interaction platforms.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
  • A strategic thinker with a keen ability to innovate and adapt products to meet evolving customer needs and market conditions.
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
