About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as the Head of Conveyancing Training and Development. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a growing team of aspiring conveyancing professionals and help them develop and thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Comprehensive Training Programmes: Design and deliver regular and targeted training sessions on all aspects of conveyancing, ensuring continuous skill enhancement and career progression for our team members.
  2. Training Needs Assessment: Identify training needs across our organization and develop tailored training solutions to meet the evolving needs of our business.
  3. Continuous Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programmes and implement improvements to maintain the highest standards of training and development.
  4. Hands-on Support: Provide on-the-job training, case management system tutorials, and coaching to our team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  5. Mentorship: Serve as an inspirational role model, coach, and support to the Training Team and all staff members, providing guidance and mentorship to help them achieve their career goals.
  6. Policy Implementation: Brief and guide groups of lawyers on company policies, legal updates, and best practices, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their roles effectively.
