Deputy Nurse Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Nurse Manager to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to our elderly patients and be responsible for maintaining their physical and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent care and support to elderly patients, with a focus on maintaining their dignity, respect, and independence.
- Administer medication, monitor vital signs, and perform routine medical procedures as required.
- Develop care plans and manage patient care, ensuring that they are regularly reviewed and updated.
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families, helping them to cope with the challenges of aging and illness.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring that they are securely stored and confidential.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations and guidelines are followed at all times.
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
- Previous experience working in a nursing home.
- Proven Deputy Manager experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative.
- Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and guidelines.
