Nurse Care Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading care home in County Antrim. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents and supporting your colleagues in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
- Develop and implement well-structured care plans and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and resident records, utilizing modern technology to enhance efficiency
- Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift, adhering to company policies and current legislation
- Make informed decisions in a timely manner, utilizing your clinical expertise to guide your team
- Provide guidance and support to colleagues, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of care staff
- Passion for delivering exceptional care and supporting residents and their families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues and residents at all levels
- Awareness and understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks
- Ability to work in a clinical environment, delivering high-quality nursing care
