About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Sales & New Business Consultant to join our expanding team and drive growth in the HR outsourcing sector.
Your Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base through effective networking and prospecting.
A key part of this role is conducting thorough needs assessments to understand clients' HR challenges and offering tailored solutions.
You will also prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations that highlight our value proposition.
Schedule and Benefits:
The successful candidate will work Monday to Friday and enjoy a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
