About the Role
We are seeking a talented Professional Sales Consultant to join our team at Compass Associates. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and winning new clients, taking comprehensive job briefs, writing job adverts, engaging with candidates, arranging interviews, and managing job offers.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience or experience working to targets, be driven and ambitious, and possess excellent communication skills. You will also have the ability to build and grow long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus an excellent commission structure (15-25%) and benefits including 23 days holiday plus BH's, increasing year on year, and extensive financial, wellbeing, and social benefits.
