This position involves delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely processing of documents, and continually improving service quality. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and experience with Microsoft applications, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer satisfaction and service excellence, with previous experience in Logistics being a plus. They must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and develop new working practices.

Able to use rigorous logic and analytical skills to solve complex problems effectively, the Customer Service Advocate will also possess good telephone manner, a strong customer service mindset, and outstanding attention to detail.
