Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Planner to join our team in Waltham Forest. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments and ensuring that our contractual Service Level Agreements are met.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Planner, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating with clients, sub-contractors, and suppliers to schedule appointments and ensure timely completion of works.
  • Managing high volumes of calls and correspondence to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Using our MSi system to schedule available operatives and subcontractors to jobs, ensuring that works are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service they receive.
  • Working closely with our operations team to ensure that works are completed to a high standard and that our contractual obligations are met.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A background in social housing and repair and maintenance.
  • Proven experience in scheduling and planning repairs, voids, or complex works.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Basic building maintenance knowledge and the ability to undertake a variety of maintenance tasks.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize works and ensure that works-in-progress jobs are completed within target.
  • Good computer skills and experience of using MSi systems.
  • Good project management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to communicate with different stakeholders at different levels.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service they receive.
