Sales Growth Strategy: As a Business Development Manager at RBW Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence across the UK. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute strategic sales plans that meet and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Engage with Potential Customers: Research institutions, universities, and industrial laboratories will be your key focus areas as you identify and engage with potential customers to drive business growth.
- Develop Strategic Sales Plans: Collaborate with our technical team to provide customized solutions and support to customers, while preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate Contracts: Use your excellent negotiation skills to close sales deals and secure new business opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven Track Record: A proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in Life Sciences/Scientific Instrumentation is essential for this role.
- Strong Understanding: A strong understanding of the scientific landscape and customer needs is crucial for success in this position.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are required to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
