Exciting Opportunity for a Support Professional


We are seeking a dedicated and caring Support Professional to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing specialist support to individuals with complex needs, enabling them to live happy, healthy, and meaningful lives.


The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Encouraging independence and supporting individuals to make their own choices.
  • Ensuring the safety of the service users.
  • Following care plans for each individual.
  • Taking service users out into the community.
  • Participating in activities such as arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips.
  • Varying levels of personal care.


Requirements:

  • No experience is required.
  • Must have some knowledge of British Sign Language.
  • Must be resilient.
  • Drivers are essential due to the location.
  • Candidates must be happy to do personal care.
