Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Everpool. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people living in our residential home, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
* Work collaboratively with the Home Manager and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the residential home.
* Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

* Competitive pay with an additional £60.00 for sleep shifts.
* Enhanced overtime rate between £15.35 & £16.38 per hour.
* £500 welcome bonus upon successful passing of probation.

Requirements:
* NVQ/QCF level 3 award in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) or Caring for Children and Young People.
