Job Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our Independent Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with independent players in the local food market, and delivering tailored solutions to help our customers save time and money.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scope out and seal new business opportunities with fresh, independent clients
  • Cultivate connections with local food market players using your knowledge of food trends and customer needs
  • Develop bespoke culinary propositions to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with our Area Sales Managers to onboard new clients and ensure a seamless customer experience
