We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Information Technology Associate to join ELP Consult Ltd. The company's IT team plays a vital role in supporting and enhancing technological infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across the organization.


Job Overview:


As an IT Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting IT systems, hardware, and software. You will assist with troubleshooting technical issues, managing user accounts, and providing exceptional customer service to our employees and dealer network.


Key Responsibilities:



  1. Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  2. Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and software applications.
  3. Manage user accounts, including setting up new accounts, resetting passwords, and configuring access permissions.
  4. Monitor and maintain IT equipment inventory, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  5. Perform routine system backups and ensure data integrity and security.
  6. Document technical procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  7. Collaborate with the IT team to implement, improve, and support new technologies and upgrades.
  8. Provide training and support to employees on IT-related issues and best practices.
  9. Assist with IT-related projects as needed.

Requirements




  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of IT work experience, preferably in the Automotive industry.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, and SAP will be highly beneficial.
  • Experience with help desk software and ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of operating systems and common business software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with end-users of varying technical expertise.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Specialist) is a plus.
