We are looking for an organised and proactive Sales Support Administrator/Junior Internal Account Manager to join our vibrant team at Ideal.
About the Role:
- Sales Support & Administration: Collaborate closely with Account Managers to deliver exceptional customer service, prepare quotes, process orders, manage deal registrations, and more.
- Price Optimisation: Work with distributors to secure the best prices for our deals, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Order Management: Ensure seamless order processing, timely purchase orders, and accurate details to meet customer expectations.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain accurate forecasts and report updates to the Renewals and Business Support Manager, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
- Cross-Team Communication: Facilitate effective communication between Sales, Finance, and other teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to refining and improving our systems and processes, driving efficiency and excellence.
- Learning & Development: Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge, with opportunities to achieve vendor certifications and boost career growth.
