We are looking for Support Assistants to deliver homecare services across Chapel-en-le-firth and surrounding areas. As a Support Assistant with Routes Healthcare (North), you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients.
Your key responsibilities will include assisting clients with daily tasks, providing emotional support, and promoting independence. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place.
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and a non-judgmental attitude. We offer a supportive work environment, a competitive salary (estimated at £22,000 - £32,000 per annum), and opportunities for professional growth.
