Homecare Fieldcare Supervisior

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Supervise and guide home care workers in delivering personalised care plans to residents
- Conduct regular visits to clients' homes to assess service quality and compliance with care plans
- Provide training and support to staff on care procedures, health and safety regulations, and client communication
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of care provided, ensuring documentation is up-to-date
- Collaborate with the management team to address any issues or concerns raised by clients or staff
- Utilise IT systems effectively for scheduling, reporting, and communication purposes

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the care sector
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills for data entry and report generation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with staff, clients, and management
- A compassionate approach towards caring for vulnerable individuals
