Role: Chef de Partie

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is working in partnership with a Luxury award-winning country house hotel in Guildford, Surrey, which is surrounded by beautiful grounds and situated close to a main train link taking you straight into London.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Chef de Partie to join their 3AA rosette restaurant, where you will work as part of a dynamic culinary team of 8, working 5 straight shifts per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide culinary excellence, ensuring high expectations are met while preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes.
  • Cater for service in a timely manner for the restaurant, lounge/bar area, banqueting, room service, and afternoon tea.
