Project Manager (Proposals) Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager (Proposals) to lead our Southern regional team in winning submissions for projects across South London and the South East. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality bids that showcase our company's capabilities.

Working from home or one of our offices (located in Weybridge, Dartford, and Farnborough), you will have a passion for creating compelling bids and a strong ability to work independently. Your expertise will be essential in defining and shaping the visual presentation of our submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide constructive feedback to bid team members on their performance.
  • Develop and implement a strategy for creating high-quality bids.

Requirements:

  • Excellent writing skills to craft clear, concise, and compelling bids.
  • Strong project management skills to meet proposal deadlines and coordinate team input.
