Project Manager (Proposals) Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager (Proposals) to lead our Southern regional team in winning submissions for projects across South London and the South East. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality bids that showcase our company's capabilities.

Working collaboratively from home and from one of our offices (based in Weybridge, Dartford, and Farnborough), you will have a passion for creating compelling bids and a strong understanding of project management principles. Your expertise will enable you to define and shape the visual presentation of our submissions, ensuring they meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide constructive feedback to bid team members on their performance.
  • Develop and implement effective bid strategies to meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Strong writing skills to craft clear, concise, and compelling bids.
  • Proven project management skills to meet proposal deadlines and coordinate team input.
