Project Manager (Proposals) Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager (Proposals) to lead our Southern regional team in winning submissions for projects across South London and the South East.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead first-stage tenders and prepare high-quality bids that impress our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the bid team to provide feedback and guidance on performance.
  • Develop and implement effective bid strategies to meet proposal deadlines and coordinate team input.
  • Utilize strong writing skills to craft clear, concise, and compelling bids.
Requirements:
  • English literature or journalism degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
