Project Manager (Proposals) Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager (Proposals) to join our Southern regional team. As a key member of our proposal team, you will be responsible for leading first-stage tenders and preparing high-quality bids that showcase our company's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide feedback to bid team members on their performance and contribute to their growth and development.
  • Develop and maintain strong writing skills to craft clear, concise, and compelling bids that meet our customers' needs.
  • Utilize project management skills to meet proposal deadlines and coordinate the input of multiple team members.
Requirements:
  • English literature or journalism degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work flexibly from home and from one of our offices in Weybridge, Dartford, or Farnborough.
