Job Title: Preconstruction Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Preconstruction Manager with strong leadership and values to join our Southern regional team based out of our offices. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering and winning profitable work while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bid Strategy: Lead the procurement team in setting winning bid strategies, ensuring profitability, timeliness, and alignment with company objectives.
- Leadership: Foster a high-performing team environment, providing guidance, coaching, and resources to ensure success in project delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance bid quality and competitiveness.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate with senior management to allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal support.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal requirements, contractual obligations, and industry standards, promoting a culture of innovation and quality excellence.
Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of bid processes and construction industry practices.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
