Project Manager (Proposals) Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager (Proposals) to lead our Southern regional team in winning submissions for projects across South London and the South East.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality bids that showcase our company's capabilities and impress our customers.

Working flexibly from home and from one of our offices (based in Weybridge, Dartford, and Farnborough), you will have a passion for creating high-quality bids and a strong ability to demonstrate the skills and capabilities outlined below:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide feedback to bid team members about their performance on the bid.
  • Strong writing skills – able to craft clear, concise, and compelling bids.
  • Project management skills – able to meet the proposal deadline and coordinate the input of multiple team members.
