We are seeking a skilled Support Worker Lead to join our care team in North Finchley, N12.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with older persons and individuals living with dementia, providing high-quality care and support.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support to service users.
- Develop and implement care plans that promote the independence and dignity of service users.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Health and Social Care or equivalent experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work flexibly around family or other commitments.
