About the Opportunity:
We are recruiting for a Support Worker Lead to join our team at Stick Healthcare. As a Support Worker Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of support workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs and preferences of service users.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate care services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.

- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
