We are looking for a highly skilled Recovery Coordinator (Support Worker) to join our team at Apax Support Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support services to vulnerable adults with enduring mental health and challenging behaviours.

This is a full-time role, requiring 37.5 hours per week, with shift rota cover over day, evening, and occasional weekends and sleep-in shifts. You must possess an undergraduate degree or vocational qualification in health and social care, along with at least two years' experience as a Support Worker within mental health services.

As a Recovery Coordinator (Support Worker), you will play a critical role in empowering residents to live fulfilling and meaningful lives. You will support them on their journey to independent living, while promoting their overall wellbeing and quality of life.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
