About the Opportunity:

Belmont Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Opiate Recovery Worker to work with a private drug and alcohol charity in Warwickshire. This is a part-time role that requires the successful candidate to have experience in managing a caseload of prescribed clients with varying complexities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have experience in care planning and risk assessments, as well as knowledge of governance forums such as MDT to manage risk and support client safety and treatment goals.

The estimated salary for this role is £22,500 per annum, based on industry standards and location. We offer a competitive package, including free compliance and a referral benefit scheme.

As an Opiate Recovery Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a caseload of prescribed clients with varying complexities
  • Supporting with care planning and risk assessments
  • Using governance forums such as MDT to manage risk and support client safety and treatment goals
  • Working with SUT to support clients to work towards detox/rehab
  • Reviewing care in line with client need and care plan
