Recovery Worker

This Substance Abuse Counselor Role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to make a difference in the lives of individuals struggling with addiction. As a Recovery Worker, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of prescribed clients in a private drug and alcohol charity setting.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals. You will also be responsible for supporting clients with care planning and risk assessments, as well as working closely with MDTs to ensure client safety and treatment goals are met.
As part of this role, you will work with SUTs to support clients towards detox and rehabilitation. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives and contribute to the success of our organization.
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a referral benefit scheme and free compliance training.
