As a Substance Misuse Worker, you will be working with individuals who sleep rough in London, providing outreach and in-reach support to improve their readiness to access drug and alcohol treatment.

Key responsibilities include working effectively in partnership with stakeholders across London, including community treatment agencies, hostel, day centre, and outreach teams.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience in Substance Misuse, Substance Abuse, Addiction, Drug and Alcohol, Needle Exchange, or Recovery.

Main Duties:

  • Deliver outreach and in-reach support to people who sleep rough in London.
  • Work effectively and in partnership with stakeholders across London.
  • Work flexibly, including occasional early morning, evening, or weekend working.
