We are seeking an experienced Addiction Recovery Professional to join our dedicated team in Liverpool. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting individuals affected by substance misuse. As a key member of the Alcohol and Substance Misuse Team, you will be responsible for providing guidance and resources to those in need. Your expertise and compassion will help individuals overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

About the Position:
As a Community Health Worker, you will manage referrals, conduct comprehensive assessments, and offer tailored advice to promote recovery. To succeed in this role, you must have a solid understanding of substance misuse and its effects. Experience working with vulnerable populations is highly valued, as well as a valid UK driving license.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized recovery plans
- Collaborate with clients to address specific needs and challenges
- Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the recovery process

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- Long-term contract opportunities
- Standard working hours, Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
