Job Title: Territory Manager Life Sciences North

We are seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join our Life Sciences team in the North of the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and retention within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities within the Northern Territory.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and grow market share across the Pharma, Academia, and Food-Testing industries.
  • Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations, and trials, ensuring strong client engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a sales, territory management, or account management role within Life Sciences, Pharma, Biotech, or related industries.
  • A strong understanding of laboratory practices and industry regulations is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, and reporting.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple accounts and projects independently.
  • A full UK driving license is required, with the ability to travel frequently within the Northern Territory (50-75% travel).
  • Must be located North of Birmingham due to the Territory covered.
