About the Role:
The Client Success team at Gartner is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and driving client retention. As a Client Success Associate, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with senior C-level executives and junior professionals across various business functions and companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute client engagement strategies to drive high-value client retention and return on investment.
- Collaborate with internal Gartner colleagues to maximize the value delivered to clients.
- Onboard new clients and introduce them to Gartner's services and capabilities.
- Regularly meet and engage with clients to understand their business priorities and recommend programs of action.
Requirements:
- 0-6 years of relevant professional and/or internship experience.
- Strong customer service, communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
- Ability to use Arabic (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) at a Business or Native level.
