Retail Sales Associate

Role OverviewAs a Retail Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our stores are always stocked, clean, and welcoming for our customers. You'll work closely with our team to deliver great standards and provide an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure store standards are maintained, including stock levels, displays, and cleanliness
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment
- Participate in stock management, including receiving and processing deliveries
