About Us: KCGroup is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Property Support Team in Shirley, Solihull. As a Help Desk Advisor, you will act as a key link between field teams, contractors, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating contractor quotations and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
- Managing the day-to-day performance of service providers to maintain business continuity.
- Monitoring planned maintenance visits (PMVs) to minimise business risk.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills: Confidently liaise with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers.
- A strong problem-solving ability.
