Academic Learning Support Worker

Prospero Teaching is seeking a qualified Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and other staff members to deliver high-quality education, provide individualized support and guidance, and create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities include working with children across various key stages, providing individualized support and guidance, collaborating with teachers and other staff members to plan and implement effective teaching strategies, preparing and assisting with lesson planning, facilitating interventions and booster sessions, and assisting in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
As a Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in education while making a real difference in the lives of children. In return for your hard work, you will receive a competitive salary of £23,000 per annum, depending on experience, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
