We are seeking experienced Academic Learning Coaches to join our team of subject matter experts. As an Academic Learning Coach, you will work closely with students to develop personalized learning plans, deliver tutoring sessions, and track student progress.

Job Description:

This is a part-time/full-time position with flexible working hours to fit your schedule. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, delivering face-to-face tutoring sessions to students of various ages and levels. With a strong focus on academic excellence, we are looking for individuals who share our passion for education and are committed to helping students achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans for students.
  • Deliver one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions, in person.
  • Assist with homework, exam preparation, and skill development.
  • Track and report student progress to parents and/or teachers.
  • Create a positive, engaging, and motivating learning environment.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in tutoring or teaching.
  • Proven expertise in one or more academic subjects (e.g., Math, Science, English, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to teach in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
  • QTS and a Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant subject area (or in progress).
