About the Position

As a Student Success Coach, you will work closely with the student to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to overcome challenges. You will also assist with preparing the student for secondary school, including tackling maths and reading materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans for students
  • Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) requirements

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
