Student Success Coach

Thrive Group is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Student Success Coach to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their socio-emotional engagement with learning and promoting independence in a safe environment.
The Salary for this position is £18,500 - £25,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits. Our full-time position is 195 days a year, as per school term dates. We value honesty and integrity, and expect our coaches to be child-centred with high aspirations for those they support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans that meet the unique needs of each student.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for each student.
- Promote the inclusion of all students, so that all have equal opportunities to feel included and to contribute to school life.
