About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Care Manager to join our team at Acuity Care Group Limited. As a Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services to individuals with autism and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, including the Health and Social Care Act 2008
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including local authorities and healthcare professionals
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Hold or be willing to work towards an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • Have experience of working in a care management role, preferably in a similar setting
  • Have excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Have a strong understanding of relevant legislation and regulations
