Graduate Electrical Engineer for Nuclear Industry

Westlakes Recruit is seeking a skilled Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our team in Cumbria. As an EC&I Engineer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects that meet the strictest regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement EC&I engineering designs that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and optimizing resources.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to guarantee the highest standards of work.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve overall project efficiency.
- Determine resource needs and participate in recruitment processes to ensure the right talent is available for the job.
- Implement effective change management procedures to minimize disruptions and optimize project outcomes.
- Monitor project scope and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
The expected salary range for this position is approximately £45,000 - £65,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
