Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Engineer Specialist to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our nuclear engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex mechanical projects from concept to delivery. Your expertise in nuclear engineering principles, design, and project management will ensure that our clients receive high-quality solutions that meet their needs.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Chartered Engineer (CEng) with IMechE or equivalent institute. You will also have significant experience working on large-scale mechanical projects, preferably in the nuclear industry. Your technical leadership skills, ability to manage teams, and excellent communication skills will enable you to drive projects forward and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex mechanical projects from concept to delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project managers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng) with IMechE or equivalent institute.
  • Significant experience working on large-scale mechanical projects, preferably in the nuclear industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
