Electrical Engineer

AtkinsRéalis, a leading player in the energy sector, is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Northwest England. This exciting opportunity involves delivering design and engineering packages for key nuclear clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong engineering capabilities and be able to contribute to multi-disciplinary design delivery autonomously. You will work collaboratively with our business to ensure timely project completion and high-quality results.
Responsibilities- Develop design solutions aligned to milestones, considering time, cost, and quality constraints.
- Review and ensure compliance with contractual requirements and Quality Assurance processes.
- Produce or check documentation for design reviews, including diagrams, technical specifications, calculations, and justifications.
- Support design presentations to customers and collaborate with suppliers as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full lifecycle engineering, preferably in the nuclear sector.
- Strong understanding of instrumentation and control system theory, electrical circuits design, and safety integrity levels.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently.
