The Monday team is looking for a talented Channel & Partner Manager to join our growing organization.

About The Role
  • This role includes managing all relationships and sales efforts with our channel partners, including direct client-facing responsibilities mainly for strategic business development in the Benelux region.
  • Lead strategic sales and account management together with your partners, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.
  • Evaluate the financial and non-financial benefits and risks of new and existing partnerships, making informed decisions that drive business success.
  • Track, report, and optimize the performance of partnerships, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive growth.
  • Willingness to travel as required within the Benelux or based at partner/customer office.
Your Experience & Skills

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS sales/business development is essential.
  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS sales/business development is advantageous.
  • Dutch language skills are a plus but not a requirement.
  • Strong sales background with a proven track record from opportunity to close.
  • Account and quota planning skills.
  • Ability to take an entire project from A to Z.
Benefits & Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits and perks. As a valued member of our team, you will receive comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role.
