About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • Strong knowledge of clinical practices and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
