Brand Manager

At Mattel, we're looking for a talented Brand Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.
About the Role:- Develop and execute marketing plans that align with our brand vision and goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective brand activation and execution
- Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies
- Manage local A&P budget and ensure effective ROI
- Partner with regional brand marketing and communication teams to drive sales, revenue, and market share
- Proven experience in marketing, customer marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, and positioning
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Fluent in written and spoken English
