Job Title: Sales Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Biffa Waste Services. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management.
