Sales Team Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Telesales Team Leader to join our team at Biffa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of sales executives to achieve high levels of customer service standards and maximize sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize customer conversion rates and sales revenue.
- Manage customer escalations and complex issues, ensuring they are dealt with in an accurate and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales to ensure the team is provided with formal and informal coaching and quality assessment.
- Work with other senior team members to ensure sharing of best practice and consistent working environment.
- Identify process improvements within the team and across the business, working with key stakeholders to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong leadership and people skills with an excellent coaching ability.
- Track record of delivering targets and working towards KPIs.
- Knowledge of central systems and CRM operating packages.
- Knowledge of people management processes.
- Ability to negotiate and influence at all levels.
